We facilitate transactions between you and the Carrier but are not a party to the contract of carriage. The terms and conditions of the Carrier you select will apply to your journey and form a separate, direct contract between you and the Carrier. It is your responsibility to read and agree to the Carrier's terms, including their conditions of carriage, cancellation policies, and baggage fees.
4. User Account and Information
To make a Booking, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Payment: You authorize us to charge the total amount of your Booking to your chosen payment method. This amount includes the fare, taxes, fees, and any applicable surcharges. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
Booking Confirmation: A Booking is only confirmed once you receive a unique Itinerary/Booking reference number via email. It is your responsibility to review all details on the Itinerary for accuracy. Any discrepancies must be reported to us immediately.
6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Policies Vary: All cancellation and change requests are subject to the rules and policies of the specific Carrier and fare type you purchased. Strict restrictions often apply, and many discounted tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Our Role: As your agent, we will facilitate your request with the Carrier in accordance with their policies. Please note that we may charge a separate service fee for processing cancellations or changes on your behalf, in addition to any fees levied by the Carrier.
Refunds: If your ticket is refundable per the Carrier's rules, we will process the refund upon receipt of funds from the Carrier. Processing times can vary. Non-refundable tickets may receive a refund of government-imposed taxes and fees only, if applicable.

- Ensure you meet all passport, visa, health, and other immigration requirements for your destination. We are not liable for any failure to comply.
- Arrive at the airport on time, with the correct documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightTripMart, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services.
- The acts, errors, omissions, breaches, or negligence of any Carrier.
- Any delays, cancellations, overbooking, or denials of boarding by a Carrier.
- Any personal injury, property damage, accidents, or other losses experienced during your travel.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services provided shall not exceed the total commission we earned on your Booking or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is less.
